• When is the Gift Card sent?
  After a successful transaction, please allow up to 15 minutes for email delivery of the Gift card.
   
• I want a printed Gift Card to present to someone as a gift. How do I do this?
  The Gift Card will be emailed to the email address you give us. If the email address is your own, when it arrives you can print it out and gift it to your recipient.
   
• Are there any fees associated with the Gift Card?
  No. You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card. There are no shipping, no processing, nor any other fees at any time.
   
• Can I schedule this Gift Card for delivery at a certain time?
  Not at this time. Please have the Gift Card sent to yourself and then forward it to the recipient when you want it to arrive.
   
• When does the Gift Card expire?
  Gift Cards will never expire.
   
• Can you offer custom amounts?
  Not at this time. If you wish to gift a custom amount, please contact me with your request and the reason for that amount. If it is possible, then I will create the card in the amount you desire for your purchase. 
   
• How do I check my balance?
  Please contact me for your Gift Card balance. Please include your order number. 
   
• Can I use this Gift Card with other coupons or Gift Cards?
  Yes! You can use valid coupon codes to gain a discount on your order. When an order is placed, the Gift Card is used as a payment source.
